The world is still our oyster

For the last two hours I've been lying in bed with my brain going off its rocket just thinking about the world and hopefully you'll be able to make some sense of what i'm putting out.

Why are we all sitting in classrooms? Why are we all aspiring to have a 9-5 job that runs us and controls us because of a small piece of paper? I mean what do we do? Wake up, eat, school, eat, more school, whatever you do before or after, home, sleep, repeat repeat repeat repeat where all we look forward to is bumming out on the couch, or in some cases getting completely wasted in the weekend? I know not all of us, but its a sad number that do. Now i'm not trying to make you hate the life you live because its normal, its what we have been bought up to do. But why? We are extraordinary beings. When did we accept to become such drones? Missing out on the beauty, the sounds, the smell, the culture, the diversity, the brilliance? All of which we as humans, don't notice and destroy. Why do we hate? Why do we compare? Why do we compete? When did ones life become more valuable than the others? Don't talk to me about religion because how ever messed up it is, its grown from a state of love. Its just been developed in the form of fear, discrimination and hatred. Why do we let the negative rule? Think of a dog for example, with a carefree, loving, happy nature - traits that we are missing because of experiences, judgement, gender roles, discrimination, unwritten society do's and dont's. Whos' rules are you following? Who are you letting feed you manipulated information to force your unknowing mind to think a certain way? The whole world is crumbling at our feet. Do you remember when the world was our oyster? I know that some people just aren't good people, and wont ever be. But all it takes is just one person to change, to see the world differently for others to see it differently too. I know there's some of you waiting, about to explode out of your shell to a captivating world waiting for you to explore. Do it. Don't let fear become you.
